    Conference Rooms

    Host your meetings with our executive conference room for up to 10 people, or hold small breakouts in our meeting rooms for up to 4. Conference/Meeting rooms include fresh, locally roasted coffee and all kitchen amenities.

What to expect:

When Booking a Tour:

Our tours are appointment only. So once you submit a tour request online, we will be reaching out shortly to schedule when would be a good time to swing by. From there, you’ll checkin to our space on the iPad kiosk at the front desk. (Feel free to grab some coffee or a glass of water while you wait.)

Matthew will meet you there. From there, you will see the reception area, the Recharge bar, conference rooms, meeting rooms, some available offices, and our Coworking space. No high pressure sales tactics. Just showing you around to see what might be a good fit. If you’re interested, we are also willing to show you the amenities we have access to like the fitness center and pool next door at the Hilton Garden Inn.

If you’re interested in becoming a member. The process if very simple. We just need a deposit in the amount of your monthly rent. Additionally, we will charge for a prorated amount of rent for your first month. We need a form of payment to keep in the system for monthly billing. Other than that, pick your new office, and let’s get you moved in so you can get to work!

When Booking a Conference or Meeting room:

Operating hours are between 8:30 - 5:00PM.

If you’re booking a conference room, you’ll start by choosing the day and time of your rental. Since we will be reserving the room for you, we don’t have a cancelation policy since it’s hard to rebook it on short notice. When you come in our space on the 2nd floor, you will turn to your left. That is the Bronco Conference room. If you reserved the 201 meeting room, it is on your left right past the Bronco room. And the Midway room is just past that down the hall on your right. Come on in.

Please book the space with enough time to get in and out of it on time. Please don’t get to your booking too early as there may be someone using it ahead of you. Additionally, please don’t stay late as someone may be needing to book it behind you. Because of these reasons, please leave the room “better than you found it” so it is ready for the next user.

Help yourself to the recharge bar while using our space. Coffee, water, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, etc. Just please put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher after using them.

When Booking a Hot Desk (CoWorking Space or Day Office):

Operating hours are between 8:30 - 5:00PM.

When entering the space, you will go straight past the reception desk through the recharge bar and turn right directly behind the wall behind the reception desk. You will immediately turn left down the main central hallway that goes to the back of our space. This will take you past the men’s restroom and our printing station. Rooms 214 and 215 are on your right side and the CoWorking space in on your left.

The coworking desks aren’t numbered, so choose any unoccupied desk without signage.

Day Office Rules: Please don’t lock the doors or leave your personal items in there unattended as you won’t be issued keys to get in if you lock yourself out.

Coworking Rules: Keep Coworking space doors open. Otherwise, it can be confusing for first time guests to find it. Realize that it is a shared space, so please be courteous of other users. Please don’t leave your personal belongings. We are not responsible for your personal items left in our coworking area.
